Manila · Idea stage
We back idea-stage technical founders in Manila — and build alongside them.
Every programme in the country asks for revenue first. We look one stage earlier, where the useful thing to offer is usually not money but the ability to build the product.
Two rails, kept separate
Built
Companies where Bloom DevLabs, the product studio, did the building. Design, engineering, and the first version of the thing itself — usually in exchange for equity rather than an invoice.
Backed
Outside positions, held at a real cost basis. Listed separately because operating work and capital at risk are different claims, and running them together is how track records get overstated.
The rubric is public
Nine dimensions, a hundred points, and the weights written down. You can read exactly what we score, what each score means, and where the anchors came from before you tell us anything about your company.
